We started Bind-Tech Engineer from very humble beginning in 1996 as a construction contracting organization by taking up small subcontracts, building extensions and repair works. We are proud to say that in the past four decades, we have executed a wide variety of projects with esteemed list of client and consultant across pan Mumbai, Thane region.

No doubt, the last three years were challenging. But from this year onwards the volumes have expanded based on our re-diversifications into infrastructure and considerable investments in modern machinery. We have now consolidated our efforts into two major verticals of government buildings and infrastructure development. We have also diversified our exi sting work portfolio of repairs & interiors into a separate entity.

I am also happy that lot of organization’s have now started recognizing that “organized contracting” is much more different from just contracting. There is an ample scope for experienced contractors to provide value addition to a project in terms of design, construction scheduling, use of materials, methodology and documentation thereby helping clients in cost and speed of actual construction. With government regulation such as RERA in place, it shifts the focus to from delay to deliverables.

I am confident that the blend of renewed focus, new technologies, along with ambitious and experienced team ensures a bright future of our organization.
